095000-5226 is supplied as a remanufactured replacement common rail injector. Cross-reference numbers: 095000-5226, 23670-E0340. An injector is a high-speed valve. It has to hold back rail pressure, then open and close within a fraction of a crankshaft degree — several times per cycle on pilot-injection engines. Anything that alters opening behaviour, whether it is carbon on the tip, a worn needle or a tired solenoid, changes how the cylinder burns its charge. Symptoms that point to injector wear include hard starting when hot, rough idle, white smoke at start-up or black smoke under load, a sharp knocking from one cylinder, increased fuel consumption and a gradual loss of power. A back-leakage comparison across the set is the cheapest meaningful test: uneven return between cylinders points at the failing unit. Follow it with a cut-out test to confirm which cylinder actually stops contributing. Fit as a matched set rather than singly — one new injector among worn neighbours reproduces the uneven running you set out to cure. New sealing washers every time, clean seats, correct torque, and where applicable, program the injector codes into the ECU once fitted. How we build it: the unit is fully disassembled, cleaned and measured, not simply resealed. Wear items — seals, springs, and where clearance is out of specification the plunger and barrel or nozzle assemblies — are replaced rather than reused. Sealing faces and bores are re-machined back to original clearances, then the unit is calibrated and run on a bench with delivery, return flow, opening pressure and leakage recorded. Anything outside specification does not ship. Test sheets for your specific units are available on request. Covered by a 12-month warranty.
