Technical guides

Diagnostic notes for workshops and fleet operators — what fails, how to confirm it, and what to watch when fitting replacements.

How a remanufactured unit is built

Remanufacturing is a measured, tested process — not a clean-and-resell. These are the five stages every unit passes.

Teardown & inspection

Every core is fully disassembled, cleaned and measured. Cores with cracked bodies, damaged threads or worn beyond re-machining limits are rejected.

Component replacement

Wear parts are replaced as a matter of course: seals, O-rings, gaskets, springs, plunger and barrel assemblies where clearance is out of spec, and solenoid/valve assemblies where response is off.

Precision machining

Nozzle seats, plunger bores and sealing faces are re-ground and lapped back to original clearances on dedicated equipment.

Bench test & calibration

Each unit is run on a test bench: injection quantity, return flow, opening pressure, back-leakage and spray pattern are recorded. Units that fall outside specification do not ship.

Marking & packing

Finished units carry a permanent remanufactured marking and a traceable serial number, then are sealed, rust-protected and boxed individually.

Common questions

Are these genuine OEM parts?

No. We supply remanufactured and new aftermarket replacement parts. They are not manufactured by, and we are not affiliated with, the original equipment manufacturer. All OEM part numbers shown are for cross-reference and identification purposes only, so you can match the number on your existing unit to the correct replacement.

What does remanufactured mean here?

A used core is fully disassembled, cleaned and measured, all wear parts are replaced, sealing and bearing surfaces are re-machined to original clearances, and the finished unit is calibrated and tested on a bench to meet the performance specification for that part number. It is a different process from a simple clean-and-resell.

Do you test before shipping?

Yes. Every injector and pump is bench-tested for injection quantity, return flow, opening pressure and leakage. On request we can send the test sheet for your specific units before dispatch.

What warranty do you offer?

12 months from the date of delivery on remanufactured units, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled by replacement or repair at our discretion after the returned unit is inspected.
