Every remanufactured unit we ship is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty provider is Dengfeng (Zhaoqing) Trading Co., Ltd., trading as DFM Auto Parts. This is our own warranty, not a warranty provided by the original manufacturer.
Contact DFM before returning a part. Return authorisation, shipping responsibility, inspection arrangements and expected handling time must be confirmed in writing for the specific claim. If the delivered part does not match your confirmed order, keep the packaging and provide the order reference and product photos so we can investigate.
Email us the original order reference, the part number and a short description of the symptom, with photos where possible. Return the unit for inspection; if the fault is covered we repair or replace it. Where a claim is not covered, we will tell you what we found and quote a repair before doing any work.
