This site does not take online orders and does not process payments. The enquiry form lets you prepare the following details: the part number you need, the engine or machine application, the quantity, your email address and any message you add. We collect these only when you send them to us. Preparing, copying or downloading a draft does not submit it.
Enquiry details are used to check cross-references and availability, prepare a quotation and reply to you. They are not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.
The quote form is delivered to us through a third-party form service, and your message passes through that provider in order to reach us. Where a shipment is arranged, the delivery address and contact details are shared with the carrier for the sole purpose of shipping the order.
This site is served as static pages and does not set cookies of its own or run its own analytics tags. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may record basic request and security logs as part of operating the service.
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email autopart@dfmautomatic.com and we will action the request.
